3. The show is scheduled to run from 17:30 to 19:30 (UTC+8) on Feb 19, 2023 (actual ending time may vary). You will not be able to rewind or replay the show if you enter the stream or buy tickets once the show has already started.

❤ Live Show Tickets - Please Note ❤

Real-name authentication is used when purchasing tickets with tickets allocated by online lottery. Please see below for a list of steps for purchasing Live Show Tickets:

• Eligibility Verification & Payment Completion

1. Please ensure the name and ID number stored in your account match your ID card.
2. Please note, when filling out the Contact Person Information, you must make sure your name exactly match your ID card. You cannot change the entered information once you click confirm. Names can be entered using Traditional Chinese or English only. Non-Taiwanese citizens, please enter the name on your passport as well as the last five digits of your passport number. Please do not use any symbols or special characters
3. All seats for this event are equally priced and will be allocated by computer. Seat selection is not available.
4. You will be able to register for tickets from 12:00 on Jan 4 to 23:59 (UTC+8) on Jan 6, 2023.
5. Ticket allocation results will be announced on social media by 23:59 (UTC+8) on Jan 13, 2023. Participants will receive a notification in their KKTIX inbox.
6. Invitation codes to purchase tickets cannot be transferred and may be used by ticket lottery winners only. Please keep this code in a safe and secure place. Each winner may purchase no more than one Live Show Ticket. If the ticket purchaser's details do not match the details stored in the system, they will be unable to complete their order.
7. Payment for tickets must be made between 12:00 on Jan 14 and 23:59 (UTC+8) on Jan 16, 2023. Any lottery winners who do not complete payment by the deadline will lose their right to purchase a ticket, and their ticket will be made available to the public.
8. The tickets of lottery winners who do not complete payment by the deadline will be made available for direct purchase on KKTIX.
9. Unclaimed tickets will go on sale from 12:00 (UTC+8) on Jan 17, 2023.
10. After successfully purchasing a ticket, please collect your ticket using a FamilyMart FamiPort machine at your earliest convenience.

❤ Venue Guidelines ❤

1. Only those aged 18 or over will be permitted to take part in the event.
2. The show is expected to last 120 minutes with no intermissions. The actual length of the show may vary.
3. The show will be presented in Chinese and Japanese, with Japanese translation and Chinese interpretation only.
4. Doors will open from 16:00 on Feb 19 (Sun), 2023. The show is scheduled to start at 17:30 (UTC+8).
5. A physical ticket must be presented on entry to the venue, as well as the ID used when booking your ticket (national identification card for Taiwanese citizens; passport for non-Taiwanese citizens). If you have to leave the venue during the show, you will be given a stamp to allow for reentry. If the information on your ID does not match the information you provided when registering for a ticket, or if your ID shows you to be under the minimum age limit, you will be refused entry to the venue, and you will not receive a refund for the cost of your ticket.
6. All seating at the venue is on the same level. Please do not wear anything that may obstruct the view of other audience members.
7. Eating and drinking inside the venue is strictly prohibited. Please follow the instructions of the onsite staff when taking photographs and recording video or audio. Those who repeatedly violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue.
8. Gifts for the performers such as bouquets, packages and letters will not be permitted. Please sit back and enjoy the show.
9. Please use only officially sold lightsticks and do not use any items that emit strong light, loud noise, or any other items that might cause disturbance inside the venue.
10. Depending on the crowd situation, entry control measures may be taken. Please follow all instructions provided by onsite staff members.
11. Certain staff members at the event will take pictures and record videos to be used as publicity for future events. We thank all audience members for their understanding.
12. Please do not bring hazardous items into the venue (e.g. explosives, knives). Anyone discovered to be carrying such items will be asked to leave.
13. Due to the COVID-19 situation, audience members will be required to wear a face mask while inside the venue. This event will be conducted in accordance with measures announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center. Thank you for your cooperation.
14. Contact a member of staff if you encounter any of the following:

• You feel unwell or suffer an injury etc.
• You have lost personal property or discovered someone else's lost property.

15. To protect your rights as a consumer, please purchase tickets only from sources officially authorized by the organizer.
16. If for some reason this event cannot go ahead, the organizer reserves the right to modify, alter or suspend the event. Outstanding issues will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations and interpretations of the organizer, and supplementary announcements may be published at any time.
17. Please carefully read through all precautions before purchasing a ticket. Once you have purchased a ticket, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms listed above.

❤ Instructions for Purchasing Tickets ❤

You must first verify your KKTIX account by email to be able to purchase tickets. Please go to https://kktix.com/users/edit to confirm whether your email has been verified. KKTIX advises against using a Yahoo or Hotmail email address to ensure you receive the verification email.

1. Ticket purchases are limited to KKTIX members. Please sign up for a KKTIX account and complete the email verification process before attempting to purchase tickets. We suggest heading to Settings > Prefills to save your name and phone details to allow you to proceed quickly with your ticket purchase.
2. To protect your individual rights and interests, we strongly advise against signing up for an account with a Yahoo or Hotmail email address to avoid missing relevant notifications due to blocked or undelivered emails or emails being classed as spam.
3. Failure to receive an order confirmation email does not necessarily mean your transaction has been unsuccessful. If your card payment has failed, please attempt to complete the transaction again before the payment deadline (even if you have already received an authorization message or email from your bank). If your order is canceled after the deadline has passed, you must place another order. If you cannot confirm whether your transaction was successful, please go to your Orders page on the KKTIX website to see your order information. Your ticket details will be displayed if you have successfully placed your order. If you cannot see your ticket details, you have not completed your order and must place another.
4. KKTIX has no fixed time for rereleasing unsuccessfully purchased tickets. Tickets will be made available for purchase again if payment is not completed within the stated deadline. You may refer to the KKTIX website or ticket purchasing machines to check if any tickets have been made available for purchase.
5. Purchasing tickets on the KKTIX website:

• You must first sign up for a KKTIX account. Each account may purchase no more than seven Live Stream Tickets (tickets can be shared via KKTIX member accounts and each ticket may be used on no more than one device).

• Payment methods: credit card (VISA/Mastercard/JCB), ATM virtual account payment.
• The KKTIX website has introduced 3D Secure credit card authentication for improved security when making online payments. When purchasing tickets, members will receive a verification code by SMS to verify they are the cardholder, and to provide a safer environment for making online payments.
• ATM virtual account payments are limited to cards issued by Taiwanese financial institutions with the ability to transfer funds to non-designated accounts. This payment method cannot be used for orders exceeding NT$ 30,000. Please complete payment within the stated deadline, or your order will be canceled.
• Live Show Tickets can be collected from FamilyMart (the processing fee is limited to $NT 30 per transaction/4 tickets). Please pay at the counter.

• Please do not purchase tickets from auction sites or other channels or websites not officially authorized to sell tickets by KKTIX as this may lead to cases of fraud or transaction disputes that may affect your rights. The Organizer and KKTIX will not be held responsible for issues arising from tickets purchased from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
• Live Stream: Live streamed content is for the personal viewing of ticket holders only and may not be used for commercial or any other purposes. To comply with copyright regulations and protect the rights of ticket holders, please do not record video, take screenshots, or use the content of the stream without the express consent of the organizer. Any violation of the above constitutes an infringement of rights, with the violator bearing all criminal and civil responsibilities.
• Live Stream: An internet connection speed of 8 Mbps or higher is required to ensure smooth full high-definition (FHD) streaming. Please do not use a VPN while accessing the stream. The organizer and KKTIX will not be held responsible and will offer no refunds if ticket holders are unable to view the stream due to issues unrelated to KKTIX such as issues with their device, internet connection, the use of a VPN, etc.
• Live Stream: Due to possible incompatibility issues on mobile devices, KKTIX strongly recommends ticket holders view this event on a PC. Please ensure you will have access to a PC with an internet browser installed during the scheduled time of the stream. Please do not purchase tickets if you do not have access to a PC—no refunds will be given once tickets have been successfully purchased.
• Each ticket allows entry for one person only, and identification must be presented to gain admission to the venue. Please keep your ticket safe. Tickets will not be replaced or reissued if lost, damaged, destroyed, etc.
• Please do not bring any cameras or recording equipment to the venue. All forms of photography and video/audio recording are forbidden without the express consent of the organizer.
• Please do not bring food, drinks, metal/glass items, PET bottles, laser pens, fireworks, or any other possibly hazardous items into the venue.
• Each venue has its own entry regulations. Ticket holders are asked to abide by these regulations, and any latecomers must follow the directions provided by venue staff.
• All data collected for this event, including your name, email address, phone number, identification number, etc., will be used by the organizer only for identity verification at the venue as well as in relation to any further events in which you participate, and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third parties.
