We have identified that some players received rewards unexpectedly in the rankings of the [Sweet ♡ Heart Attack] event. Upon investigation, we confirmed the triggers as follows: No record of vouchers consumed exists for the first stage of Sparkling Support ☆.
A record of vouchers consumed exists for the second stage of Sparkling Support ☆.

Players meeting the above two conditions unexpectedly received rewards after the calculation of rankings: [Spirit Gems x6,000, Surprise Chest x200, Intermediate Potential Gift Box x10].

To address this, we will implement the following additional distribution plan:

All players who participated in Sparkling Support ☆ (excluding those who received rewards unexpectedly) will receive the following additional rewards: [Spirit Gems x6,000, Surprise Chest x200, Intermediate Potential Gift Box x10].
Players in the final rankings will receive an additional rank reward (equivalent to a double ranking reward) via in-game mail.
