1. Only those aged 18 or over will be allowed entry to the stream.
2. The live stream for this event will take place on Feb 19, 2023. Entry to the stream will be available from 16:00 (UTC+8) with the show scheduled to start at 17:30 (UTC+8). Select [My Ticket] on the KKTIX website to enter the live stream page. Please watch the test video well in advance to ensure the stream can run smoothly on your device.
3. You will not be able to rewind or replay the stream if you enter the stream or buy tickets once the show has already started.
4. The live stream will contain subtitles in Chinese, English and Korean for pre-recorded segments only. Subtitles will not be available at the venue.
5. The show is expected to last 120 minutes with no intermissions. The actual length of the show may vary.
6. This event will stream live across the world.
7. No replays of the stream will be available once this event has concluded."

[Instructions for Purchasing Tickets]

You must first verify your KKTIX account by email to be able to purchase tickets. Please go to https://kktix.com/users/edit to confirm whether your email has been verified. KKTIX advises against using a Yahoo or Hotmail email address to ensure you receive the verification email.

1. Ticket purchases are limited to KKTIX members. Please sign up for a KKTIX account and complete the email verification process before attempting to purchase tickets. We suggest heading to Settings > Prefills to save your name and phone details to allow you to proceed quickly with your ticket purchase.
2. To protect your individual rights and interests, we strongly advise against signing up for an account with a Yahoo or Hotmail email address to avoid missing relevant notifications due to blocked or undelivered emails or emails being classed as spam.
3. Failure to receive an order confirmation email does not necessarily mean your transaction has been unsuccessful. If your card payment has failed, please attempt to complete the transaction again before the payment deadline (even if you have already received an authorization message or email from your bank). If your order is canceled after the deadline has passed, you must place another order. If you cannot confirm whether your transaction was successful, please go to your Orders page on the KKTIX website to see your order information. Your ticket details will be displayed if you have successfully placed your order. If you cannot see your ticket details, you have not completed your order and must place another.
4. Purchasing tickets on the KKTIX website:

• You must first sign up for a KKTIX account. Each account may purchase no more than seven Live Stream Tickets (tickets can be shared via KKTIX member accounts and each ticket may be used on no more than one device).
• If purchasing multiple Live Stream Tickets, please share the tickets by KKTIX account. A separate ticket must be used to access the stream when using the same account on a different device.
• Payment methods: credit card (VISA/Mastercard/JCB), ATM virtual account payment.
• The KKTIX website has introduced 3D Secure credit card authentication for improved security when making online payments. When purchasing tickets, members will receive a verification code by SMS to verify they are the cardholder, and to provide a safer environment for making online payments. What is the 3D Secure credit card authentication process?
• ATM virtual account payments are limited to cards issued by Taiwanese financial institutions with the ability to transfer funds to non-designated accounts. This payment method cannot be used for orders exceeding NT$ 30,000. Please complete payment within the stated deadline, or your order will be canceled.

[Notes for Live Stream Viewers]

• Please make sure you can view the test video on this page before purchasing tickets to avoid disappointment on the day of the event. If the test video does not play smoothly, please try switching to Chrome on a Windows/Android device or Safari on a Mac/iPhone.
• The following is a list of all devices and operating systems currently supported by KKTIX. Please make sure to update your OS/browser to the latest version and verify your device is supported before purchasing tickets:

• Please Note:

1. Each ticket permits the holder to view the stream on only one device at any one time. Please do not attempt to open multiple streams on the same device. If purchasing multiple tickets, please log in and view the stream on a separate device for each ticket.
2. Please log in early and test your connection to ensure the best possible viewing experience. You will not be able to rewind the stream if you enter after the event has started.
3. The stream will not be viewable while using incognito mode.
4. The stream cannot be viewed directly from the KKTIX app. Please access the stream through a browser (such as the most up-to-date version of Chrome, Safari, etc.).
5. An internet connection speed of 8 Mbps or higher is required to ensure smooth full high-definition (FHD) streaming.
6. Accessing the stream while connected to a VPN may affect the quality of the stream. We strongly advise you do not use a VPN while accessing the stream.
7. Make sure your browser allows the storing and reading of cookies, and please do not use any hardware acceleration or recording software.
8. If you cannot locate the play button while using a mobile device, please switch the screen to landscape view or scroll the stream window up or down.

• How to watch the live stream: Go to https://kktix.com/ and click My Ticket at the top of the screen. On your Ticket Overview Page, click Entrance to enter the event page. After opening the live stream, you can choose which ticket you want to use and then join the event. You can also click KKTIX Live at the top of this page to enter the live stream.

1. Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase. Each account may purchase no more than seven live stream tickets.
2. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Click [Next Step].

1. You must fill in your details within 10 minutes of reserving your tickets to confirm your order.
2. Please remember to fill in your mobile number (to be used only in relation to this event).
3. Select whether you would like to show that you've attended this event on your public page.
4. Click [Confirm Form].

1. Payment must be made within the designated time limit. If not, your order will be canceled.
2. Users outside of Taiwan must select Credit Card as their payment method.
3. A receipt for your order will be issued. Users outside of Taiwan will receive a digital receipt from KKTIX.
