Regarding the data rollback that occurred after the 4/12 update, our investigation has confirmed that the affected period was between 18:27 and 18:32 (GMT+8) on April 12. The following will be sent out as compensation for this incident:

• To compensate for the server congestion that caused the login timeout, we sent out Strong Boost x2 as compensation to all players on April 13 at 19:00 (GMT+8). Please collect these items from your in-game mailbox.

• For those who entered into contracts during the above period and received SR Smoked Timber Quincy, Essence Fragments for SR Smoked Timber Quincy, or any ★SSR character, but lost them due to the rollback, the team will replace the lost clan member(s) and Essence Fragments by sending them to your in-game mailbox once the data recovery process is complete.

• For those who made Ecoin purchases during the above period, but lost the items they purchased due to the rollback, the team will send the lost items to your in-game mailbox once the data recovery process is complete.

Due to the large amount of data affected by the rollback, the team will need some time to complete the recovery process. We will announce the exact times for sending out compensation in the near future.
